Repair and maintenance (On site)
We provide Field Support and Service of ship board system such as Command and Control system, Helicopter Visual Landing Aids system, Fire Control Systems and other computer-based electronics and mechanical system. The services include:
- Schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Adhoc Corrective Maintenance
- Project Management and System Implementation
- Installation, Check-out, Integration and Test (ICIT) for new system
- Commissioning of OEMs system
We are distributors, agents and partners of some OEMs and involved in installation and commissioning of the OEMs system. Currently, we are supplying and installing of fire suppression system on board the naval vessel.
Depot Level Repair and Overhaul (In workshop)
We perform repair and overhaul of Line Replacement Unit (LRU) in our workshop. We have facilities to support Depot level repair of Electronics products and Mechanical parts overhaul. Some of the LRUs that we repair are:
- Display monitors
- Power Supply
- PCB Boards such as CPU Board, Graphics cards, I/O Board, Signals Filter Unit, Signal conversion Board, Transmitter and Receiver boards, etc
- OEMs diagnostic laptops
- Any other electronics boards
- DC motor repair and overhaul
- Radar pedestal overhaul
- Other Platform Electronics repair
Obsolescence Studies
We also perform Obsolescence Studies for our customers and proposed form, fit and function replacement solutions.
Some of the projects we work on are simple obsolete parts direct replacement such as from Halogen bulbs to LED bulbs, AC/DC converter replacement and conversion of conventional hard disk to SSD type. Other more challenging project is the reproduction of existing obsolete computers of ship board system to computers with the latest operating system and ensure that it can still functions and integrate with other systems.

Our loyal end customers include the Republic of Singapore Navy, as well as its main contractor — ST Engineering Group, and other government linked companies such as Sembcorp Industries.
